I am very impressed with what this youth organisation have to offer. This youth organisation has been around for many years back and today, it is the largest, student-run, non-profit youth organisation in the whole world.
AIESEC is a reknown organisation for youth and took the trouble to even send their members on internships. INTERNSHIPS? Yes, internships in another new ground, a new country and the best of all, AIESEC helps you with your legal documents, accomodation and integration into your new environment as you arrive in the new country!
Oh yes, what I intend to do here is to let everyone have a view on AIESECs core-values and culture.
- Activating Leadership
We lead by example and inspire leadership through action and results. We take full responsibility for our role in developing the potential of people.
- Demonstrating Integrity
We are consistent and transparent in our decisions and actions. We fulfill our commitments and conduct ourselves in a way that is true to our identity.
- Living Diversity
We seek to learn from the different ways of life and opinions represented in our multicultural environment. We respect and actively promote the contributions of every individual.
- Enjoying Participation
We create a dynamic environment by active and enthusiastic participation of individuals. We enjoy being involved in AIESEC.
- Striving for Excellence
We aim to deliver the highest quality performance in everything we do. Through creativity and innovation we see to continually improve.
- Acting Sustainably
We act in a way that is sustainable for our organisation and society. Our decisions take into account the needs of future generations.
These are the values in AIESEC anad I find them very appealing to the job industry as well. So if you are someone who’s finding for a job/placement, then, this organisation is definitely something you want in your resume!

To prove my instincts right, this is what I found out on the uniqueness of AIESEC members or better known as AIESECers. –
I strongly recommend you to join this English speaking community or LEADERS [do notice I didn’t say members].
